If you need to return your purchase, please complete the return/exchange information on the packing slip that accompanied your shipment. If you no longer have the packing slip, simply print the page below, follow the instructions and include with your package. 

If you wish to return your merchandise, please follow the procedure outlined below to ensure we process the return according to your wishes.

1. To receive a REFUND:  Contact us by email at info@justourlittlesecret.com within 3 days of receipt of your order.  Due to the high number of fraudulent claims, we cannot accept merchandise returns for any reason if a claim is not made within 3 days.  You will be given a Return Authorization Number for your claim.  Do not send any product back without obtaining this number from our customer service department, or your claim cannot be processed. 
   
   
2. Upon receipt of your return order, we will credit the original purchase price of the product(s). We do not refund shipping cost.  Allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Damaged claims will be not be refunded, the damaged products will be replaced.  For these damaged claims, we will incur shipping cost for damage product to be returned and for replacement product to be shipped to you.
